Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every registration for the 2026 South East Region Sunday School Regional Talent Fest, Saturday, November 7, 2026, at St. Peter's Mar Thoma Church, organized by the South East Region Sunday School. By completing a registration, the Registration Contact agrees to them and to the Refund Policy.

1. Accurate registration details

Registration details must be accurate. The Registration Contact is responsible for the information given for every attendee on the registration: full name, attendee type, church and attendance (Whole Day or Second Half Only). All attendees must be registered, including children age 5 and under.

2. Fees and payment

Each attendee’s registration fee follows their attendee type and attendance, and the total is shown before the registration is completed. The Registration Contact is responsible for paying the registration total. A registration can be paid:

• Online, securely through Stripe.
• Cash — pay the total in cash at the registration counter on the day of the event. Exact amount appreciated.
• Check — bring a check for the total to the registration counter on the day of the event, payable to: St. Peter's MTC - Sunday School.

The registration fee is the same whichever way it is paid; nothing is added for paying online.

A registration paid by cash or check is registered at once and shows as Pending Payment until it is paid at the counter. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own page and never reach this website.

3. Changes to a registration

The Registration Contact can view and change the registration in the Registrant Portal: add, edit or remove attendees and change attendance. A change may change the amount due; anything added after the registration was paid is paid on its own, and the earlier payment is not changed. Removing one attendee does not cancel the others on the registration, and does not by itself create a refund (see the Refund Policy). An attendee who has already checked in cannot be removed in the portal — please ask the Registration Team. To cancel a whole registration, please contact the South East Region Sunday School.

4. The event

The event schedule and program may change. Updates are posted in the Registrant Portal (Live Updates and the Event Guide). Attendees are asked to follow the rules of the venue and the instructions of the event organizers.

5. Check-in

At the event, give the contact name or the registration reference number (or show the registration’s QR code) at the registration check-in desk; each attendee receives their own wristband. Wristbands MUST be worn at all times.

6. Refunds

Refunds are not made automatically. Requests are reviewed by the event organizers under the Refund Policy.

7. Your information

The details given on a registration are used to organize the event: registration, payment, check-in and planning (for example, meal counts).
